We estimate your annual fuel usage based on your home’s fuel history and multiply those gallons times an estimated price of oil for the year. We then spread that total dollar amount over 11 equal payments to create your monthly budget payment. No matter how much fuel we deliver to your home, you will not pay more than the monthly payment. With this program the price per gallon charged to your account is the market price on the day of each delivery. At the end of the program we calculate any differences between the estimated figures and the actual numbers [gallons used/price per gallon]. Any shortfall can be made up in month 12 before the next program starts. Credit balances can be used for the next year’s program or returned to you. It’s your choice. *
Your monthly budget payment is calculated by multiplying the number of gallons you choose to purchase times the cap budget price. We then spread that total dollar amount over 11 equal monthly budget payments to create your monthly budget payment. This program protects you against rising fuel prices. You purchase, at an additional cost, a non-refundable insurance policy that protects your gallons from rising prices. The cost of your fuel will never go up, it can only go down. The cost of the downside insurance can be paid up front or added to your monthly budget payments. This program gives you the added peace of mind of controlling your fuel bills with no surprises. Only those gallons where downside insurance was purchased will be protected under the program. Gallons delivered beyond those purchased will be charged at the market price of the day so be sure to buy enough to cover the season.*
You pay a fixed price for the number of gallons you choose to purchase. With the fixed program, the price of your fuel will not go up or down no matter what the market price does.
We offer you, our quoted price, for the number of gallons you choose to purchase. This program has two advantages. You will never be charged more than the price you paid for the gallons, no matter how high the market price goes. If the price goes below the price you paid, we will charge you the lower price. Example: If your protected flex gallons were purchased at $3.00/gallon and the market price at the time of the delivery was $2.50/gallon, we will bill your account $2.50/gallon and you will save 50¢/gallon.
Pay the "Market Price" on the day you receive your automatic delivery.

Budget Programs and our pay as you go automatic delivery customers are eligible for our prompt payment discount if the bill is paid within 10 days of the invoice date.
